A large format seating plan sign printed and mounted professionally looks a hundred times better than a handwritten board or a printed sheet stuck to a window. We print on foam board or ACM and can mount to an easel or hang directly.

One thing worth knowing: font size is critical on a seating plan. It needs to be readable from a distance by guests who are often holding a drink and scanning quickly for their name. Too small and it creates a bottleneck as everyone crowds around trying to find themselves. Get in touch before you finalise your layout and we will advise on the minimum font size for your sign dimensions.
