Where are you based and do you deliver nationwide?

We're based at 5-7 Water Street, Grafton, Auckland. Most orders are delivered by courier to anywhere in New Zealand. If you're local you're welcome to collect.

How long does production take?

 It depends on the job. Some jobs can be turned around same day. Most standard print runs are completed within 1 to 3 working days once files are confirmed. Larger or more complex jobs may take longer and we'll tell you upfront. We plan production around your deadline, not the other way around. If you have a specific deadline, tell us when you enquire and we'll do everything we can to meet it. It's one of the reasons we have so many long standing customers who come back to us when they need something done fast.

How do I get a quote?

Do I need print-ready files before I get in touch?

No. Get in touch regardless of where you're at. We'll advise on spec, file requirements, and what you need to get the job moving. If you need design help we can point you in the right direction.

Can I set up an account?

Yes. We offer account-based ordering for schools, businesses, resellers, and agencies. Get in touch and we'll get you set up.

How long have you been in business?

Our leadership team has decades of experience across print, signage, and textile printing. We started out working with schools across New Zealand and Australia and have grown from there.

What print technology do you use?

We run economy and premium digital production under one roof. Our premium digital output delivers offset-quality results, colour-accurate and consistent across short runs. Economy digital is reliable everyday print at a cost-effective price point. When you enquire we'll recommend the right production approach for your job.

Do you produce everything in house?

Almost everything. From business cards to large format signage, we produce the vast majority of work under one roof. As the business has grown we've continued to bring more production capability in house, which means faster turnaround, better quality control, and more competitive pricing. On the rare occasion a job falls outside our scope we'll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction.
