Labels - Synthetic / Waterproof
Synthetic waterproof labels are the right choice when the label is going to get wet. Beverage bottles in an ice bucket, cleaning products, outdoor equipment, anything refrigerated or used outdoors. The stock does not absorb moisture so the label stays intact and readable.
One thing worth knowing: synthetic stock does not tear like paper. It stretches and resists tearing which makes it significantly harder to remove once applied. If your label ever needs to come off cleanly, let us know upfront and we will specify the right adhesive for your application.

What is the difference between synthetic and standard label stock?
Standard label stock is paper-based and will absorb moisture and eventually fail in wet conditions. Synthetic stock is a plastic film that does not absorb moisture - it stays intact and readable even when wet.
Are synthetic labels suitable for freezer use?
Synthetic labels with a standard adhesive work in refrigerated conditions. For freezer applications a freezer grade adhesive is required - see our Freezer Grade Labels.
Can synthetic labels be die cut?
Yes. Die cut shapes are available on synthetic stock.
