A card cut to a custom shape removes the standard rectangle and replaces it with something people remember. Good for brands that want to be distinctive without relying on premium finishes alone.
We can cut to any shape using a custom die. We also hold a large library of existing die forms so your artwork can often be tweaked a few millimetres to fit an existing die and save on setup costs. Always worth sending us your brief first.
One thing worth knowing: once your die is made it is held on file for all future reorders. The setup cost applies once and every order after that uses the same die at no extra charge.

- Size: Any custom shape. Standard 90x55mm with rounded corners also available.
- Stock: 350gsm or 400gsm
- Finish: Gloss, matte, or soft touch laminate
- Turnaround: Allow additional time for die cutting. We will confirm when you enquire.

Can I get rounded corners on a standard card?
Yes. Rounded corners are a standard die cut option and do not require a custom die.
