ACM or aluminium composite is the substrate for signage that needs to last. Two aluminium faces bonded to a polyethylene core. Rigid, flat, and with a professional edge finish that foam board cannot match.

One thing worth knowing: ACM is one of the few substrates that genuinely performs outdoors over the long term. It does not warp, does not absorb moisture, and holds up in UV exposure significantly better than most alternatives.
